Do you want more energy to do the things you love?
Do you need tools to help with the pain of an old injury to stay physically active?
Do you suffer from pain all the time?
Have you been hoping your pain will go away on its own?
Every body is different, and your body is different from day to day. Acupuncture treatments begin with a thorough review of your health, past and present, to establish your particular constitution and the patterns of your injury or condition. Only then do we develop a treatment plan that's individualized to your concerns as they are today. This is true patient-centered care, and the whole process depends on a trusting relationship between you and your acupuncturist. Danielle is available to answer any questions you may have: her role is to make you feel comfortable and involved in your care.
If you answered yes to any of the questions above, take the next step toward feeling better, with acupuncture.
Acupuncture treats pain by causing increased circulation to decrease inflammation. Points on the body treat pain at the site of injury or inflammation, so that an acupuncture treatment can relieve symptoms of pain while also treating the root causes to eliminate the pain at its source. This combined approach is what makes it so effective at treating pain.

Acupuncture is the insertion of very thin needles (about 0.25 millimeters; described by patients as "the thickness of a hair," and often not felt on insertion into the body) into specific points of the body to treat various conditions and improve overall health. If needed, additional therapies that Danielle uses in an acupuncture session may be electro-acupuncture, used to treat muscle and nerve injury; tuina (Chinese massage); herbal therapy; or cupping, used to treat sore muscles and traumatic injuries in soft tissue. Sadler Acupuncture also maintains a lending library and is constantly gathering resources to share, so Danielle often provides recommendations for follow-up care that you can do on your own between sessions.
Individual treatments are about 75 minutes in length for the first treatment and 60 minutes for follow-up treatments, and are $60 for both first and follow-up appointments.
